Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across Canada and to the United States. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Cost

Canada: free on orders over $200 CAD. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

United States: free on orders over $200 CAD. Below that, a flat rate shown at checkout. All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD), including for U.S. orders. Your bank or card issuer sets the conversion rate.

United States orders: please read

If you order from the United States, you are the importer of record. That means:

• You are responsible for confirming that it is lawful for you to import and possess these products. We cannot advise you on U.S. import law, and we do not verify your eligibility on your behalf.
• You are responsible for any duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by U.S. authorities or the carrier. These are not included in the price you pay us.
• You are responsible for providing any documentation U.S. customs requires.

Customs seizure is at your risk. If your shipment is detained, seized, refused entry, returned, or destroyed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the FDA, or any other authority, we are not able to refund or replace it, and our non-delivery commitment below does not apply. Once a package leaves Canada we have no ability to recover it.

By placing a U.S. order you accept this risk. If you are not confident you can lawfully receive these products, please do not order.

U.S. delivery times vary with customs processing and are longer than domestic. Our cold-chain packing is designed for domestic transit times, and we cannot guarantee temperature control across an extended border delay.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched the next business day. Payment confirmation is when the cryptocurrency transaction confirms on the blockchain, or when an Interac e-Transfer is accepted.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Once your order ships, transit is in the carrier's hands and outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Cold-chain handling

Products are packed for temperature-sensitive transit. On delivery, refrigerate immediately in accordance with the storage requirements for the compound.

Incorrect addresses

You are responsible for the accuracy of your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly. Contact us immediately at primagenpeps@gmail.com if you notice a mistake, and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us at primagenpeps@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve it.

This applies to domestic Canadian orders. For U.S. orders it applies only to loss or damage in transit, and not to shipments detained, seized, refused, returned, or destroyed by customs or a regulatory authority, which are covered by the United States orders section above.
